Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 17, 2026
1. Who you are contracting with
These Terms govern your use of the website and services provided by AI Courses Generator ("we", "us", "our"). By using the service you agree to these Terms.
2. The service
AI Courses Generator provides AI-assisted tools to help users design and generate educational course content.
3. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the service, including by:
- Using it for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes;
- Sending spam or infringing intellectual property rights;
- Interfering with security (malware, probing, scraping, or circumventing limits);
- Generating illegal content, deepfakes, hate speech, malware, or attempting to jailbreak the underlying AI models.
You are responsible for the prompts you submit, how you use generated outputs, verifying the accuracy of outputs, and ensuring you have the rights to any content you input. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate and are not a substitute for professional advice.
4. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and are responsible for activity under your account. You confirm you are of legal age or have authority to bind your organisation.
5. Intellectual property
We retain ownership of the service, software, documentation, and branding. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within your plan. You may not reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the service. We may remove or restrict content and outputs that violate these Terms, and repeated infringement may result in account termination.
6. User content
You retain rights to content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and process that content solely to provide the service.
7. Payments and subscriptions
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.
8. Service availability
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Upon termination you may export your data within a reasonable window before deletion.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the seller's jurisdiction, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
